Spiritual Insights Meets Grounded Practicality

I am really good at helping women see what’s been in their blind spot. I’m really good at communication. In fact, transformational conversations are my specialty. I can help you see the forest through the trees, and am excellent at helping you identify the underlying causes of self-limitation. 

In my PhD research, I identified the top three limiting beliefs that prevent lasting transformation, and the top three empowering beliefs that enable us to blast through those old barriers that lurk in the subconscious. 

Naturally intuitive, I have gone through years of training to hone the skill of opening up to higher guidance (and getting out of the way), because that’s the source of the real gems of transformation.

While I am spiritually centered, I am practical and grounded in real life. For 14 years I helped women transform their weight struggles and change their bodies. While I am no longer doing this work, I can help you change your daily habits so they support you rather than hinder you. 

I am not for you if:

You are not willing to be radically honest with yourself and with me.

You are not willing to step out of your comfort zone. Growth does not occur in your comfort zone. You have to step out to step up. 

You want to spend a lot of time sharing your pain story but don’t really want to change it. Some people just want to tell their story and be heard. There is value in this. It just doesn’t make sense to work with me if that’s what you are looking for.
