Have you ever walked into a place and immediately felt an ugh? Perhaps the energy feels heavy or sad. Or maybe it’s a house that just isn’t selling or renting, even though it’s priced right and looks good. It could even be your own home where some emotional challenges have happened.

What is it not?
A Shamanic house and land clearing is not a physical cleaning of the house or a physical remodel. You may be asked to clear clutter from the home, however the work is done energetically, on site.
What's different about your clearings?
Renée has been involved in real estate most of her life, through both her family of origin and through her late husband, who developed homes for sale. From this experience, she brings a deep understanding of the fundamentals of what makes a home a “YES!” from a marketing perspective, and from a living perspective.
She blends this knowledge with her intuitive insights and shamanic training in how to clear stuck or stagnant energy and bring in beneficial energies and blessings to create a space that sparkles!

What to expect from clearing...
Most clearings take about three hours, but the time will vary depending upon what we find. We will ask you to have fresh flowers ready for the clearing. You may be present and if you are, it’s best to be in a quiet state during the clearing. We will use traditional shamanic tools that include feathers, bells, crystals and tobacco (on the outside of the home). You may also want a personal healing while we are on site.
A house clearing case study...
Renée assisted on a house clearing in Mill Valley. The owners wanted to sell, but the house had been sitting on the market during the fall. They pulled it from the market in the winter and planned to relist with a small price cut in the spring.
The home looked great. It was beautifully staged, and clutter free. Why wasn’t it selling? We began our work outside by greeting the land and the trees.
We noticed that the home did not have an obvious front door. In fact, we walked all the way around the house in search of where to enter.
As we moved through the home, we discovered that while the home looked good on the surface, a deep sadness lingered underneath. There had been tragedy in the family that lived there, and while that tragedy did not occur at the home, the sadness was present. Moreover, we found an energy vortex in a crawl space pulling positive energy down.
Using our shamanic tools, our shamanic allies were able to close the vortex, clear the sadness and usher in light, positive energy. We also created an energetic “golden line” from the driveway to the “front door”, so that buyers would be able to know where to enter without confusion. We called in a buyer who would be happy living there, and thanked the land and the trees for their beautiful presence and support.
The house went back on the market and went under contract within a week! We were so grateful to our shamanic allies for the powerful work they did to make this happen.
